We want you to love your new ZEVEN TWO pieces! If your item is not quite right, our returns policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law and designed to make the process simple.
The Really Important Stuff

We offer exchange or store credit on all full-priced items.

Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

AU & NZ returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date.

Shipping costs to return items are payable by the customer.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Conditions of Return
We accept unworn clothing bought from ZEVEN TWO in new condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached) within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit.

Items must be returned as a whole unit in their original packaging, including any branded accessories, trims, or extras received with your order.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds.
Exchanges & Store Credits

Once your return has been received and approved, weβll issue your store credit or dispatch your exchanged item.

Store credit value will equal the amount originally paid for the returned item (if purchased using a discount code, the credit will reflect the discounted price).

If your chosen exchange size/item is out of stock at the time of processing, a store credit will be issued instead.

If your order was paid entirely with a gift card or store credit, your return will be issued as store credit.
Processing Time

Once your return parcel arrives at ZEVEN TWO HQ, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Youβll be notified by email once your return has been finalised.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)

If returning an order for a store credit, you can choose to keep your GWP. The value of the GWP will be deducted from your store credit.

Alternatively, you may return the GWP along with your order.

GWPs cannot be used with any other offer or discount code.
Final Sale

All Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Process to Create a Return

Email hello@zeventwo.comΒ with your return request, please include name, order number and item to be returned.
- Return requests are responded to within 24-48hrs with instructions on how to return your item
- Once instructions are received please follow them and return your item
- Wait 5-7 business days for the return to be received and processed, you will then receive your store credit.Β
- Please ensure prior to sending item back that all conditions are met to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
